Oonagh is a Marketing Director originally with a background in Law and Accountancy, and founded Reach360 in 2007 as a Commercial Insights Consultancy. Developing a client base across a range of industry sectors, often assignments were aimed at gaining a critical understanding of how to achieve competitive advantage in a specific market. These deep market insights rapidly led to the realisation that attracting the right type of talent was fundamental to success, ultimately leading to the creation of Reach360 Executive Search.
